The 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS is powered by a 3.0 liter V6 biturbo engine with a 9-speed automatic transmission that generates up to 362 horsepower. The 2017 GLS also offers an optional 4.7 liter V8 or 5.5 liter V8 engine. Mercedes-Benz also offers a clean diesel option as well as a Dynamic Select transmission that provides smoother shifting and better fuel efficiency. The 4MATIC® all-wheel drive allows for better control of the vehicle and the off-road engineering enables the center differential to lock into place, helping to keep control on uneven roadways. The vehicle also includes a Sport mode that lets you maneuver through city traffic easily.
Interior
