New From Mercedes-Benz — The 2020 GLB SUV Has Arrived
Some people might think Mercedes-Benz is a latecomer to the SUV crossover market. However, the German automaker has been producing midsize SUVs ever since the G-Class off-roader in 1979 and the ML-Class luxury sport utility vehicle in 1997.
Today, packing years of ingenuity and craftsmanship into the 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB, this compact SUV sits on the same front-wheel drive platform as A-class sedans. We invite you to come in today to Capital Eurocars to test-drive this magnificent vehicle. There is nothing else like it.
Attractive Styling and Rugged Good Looks
There are two GLB SUV models for 2020 — the GLB 250 and the GLB 250 4MATIC®. Both models come in 10 brilliant exterior colors, from digital white to Patagonia red metallic. Both models offer substantial wheel sizes at 18-inches with twin-spoke wheels, black wheel-arch trim, long wheelbases that maximize cabin space.
The bold black grille presents the Mercedes-Benz signature emblem of quality confidently. For added convenience, wrap-under doors help to exit your 2020 GLB without ever touching or rubbing against dirty side sills, positively short overhangs provide for enriched maneuverability in any city or off-road adventures you take.
Whether biking, surfboarding, skiing, snowboarding or carrying anything from luggage to plywood, GLB’s sleek aluminum roof rails won’t let you down, without untying first, that is.
Experience a Responsive and Stable Ride
The Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 and GLB 250 4MATIC® operate at 221 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, on a distinctively responsive four-wheel independent suspension with MacPherson struts and wishbones all up front. The 4MATIC® all-wheel drive is lightweight and designed for variable torque distribution to the front and rear axles, sending up to 50 percent of the engine’s torque to the rear wheels.
An eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission provides ample acceleration as you put the GLB’s 2.0L turbo four-cylinder engine through its paces. These fuel-efficient vehicles deliver more power using less fuel and run clean at an EPA-estimated 23 MPG city and 30 MPG highway. The ECO, Sport and Comfort modes of DYNAMIC SELECT® alter the throttle response to increase efficiency, performance and comfort.
Feel the Comfort of a Luxurious Interior
The days of fiddling with your seat position after someone else adjusts it for their personal preferences are over. Now with three-position memory power front seats, the Mercedes-Benz GLB memory system recalls three stored seat positions with just the touch of a button.
MB-Tex upholstery offers a sinfully rich appearance and supple leather-like feel. Its well-known durability and easy care enhances the contrasting double top stitching for a sporty, yet tailored look. The seatbacks fold down in the second row to a 40/20/40 split, for more cargo and passenger room. You can fit longer items (like fishing poles) between two rear passengers by folding the center section independently. Adjustable multiple position controls from a comfortably gentle recline to more upright settings add needed cargo length while still seating passengers comfortably.

Enjoy Intuitive Technology and Clear Sound
Apple CarPlay® integrates with your Mercedes-Benz GLB in-dash touchscreen, central controller and steering wheel controls. This allows you to use your iPhone® (and Siri®) for calls, text messages, navigation, music streaming, podcasts and audiobooks. Bluetooth® is included for hands-free calling and audio streaming. Plus, HD Radio® technology delivers more stations without paying a fee or subscription.
But probably the most intuitive standard feature is the new concept in automobile cockpit control — the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) – with digital in-dash displays, touchscreen with touch-sensitive controls and an available industry-advancing voice control system that responds to “Hey, Mercedes,” in your regular speaking voice and to tell MBUX what you want your car to do.
Safe and Sound All the Way
The 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 SUV employs well-thought out standard features like ATTENTION ASSIST®, the first system of its kind to monitor and both visually and audibly warn drivers of their drowsiness while on long trips.
Brake Assist provides proper braking when approaching a vehicle or object ahead at a speed where collision is likely. With antilock braking, adaptive braking technology and nine airbags throughout the cockpit, if an airbag deploys, your GLB automatically calls the Mercedes-Benz Emergency Call Service for you.
